In order to become eligible for a service, at least 1000 items of UK-destined mail must be sent in a single batch, and all items must be prepared and sorted to satisfy strict Royal Mail guidelines. The more items of mail an organisation posts, the more discount can be attained - between 1.5% and 13.5% for a discount service suitable for daily back office mail...
